What is the Purpose of Birdie Bumpers?

Birdie Bumpers aim to reduce trauma and stress your clubs experienced during travel and transport. Birdie Bumpers are a lightweight, malleable molding that take a beating so your clubs don't have to. Although Birdie Bumpers were designed for travel, they're great to use even when you're not golfing. In your trunk, the garage, etc. Birdie Bumpers is a simple way to extend the longevity of your golf clubs.

What is the Proper Way to Use Birdie Bumpers?

Birdie Bumpers are designed to fit snugly around your golf clubs. They are tight by design to reduce movement and friction while traveling. We recommend sliding clubs hosel-first into the molding until the entire club is covered. We have found best results by inserting clubs into inner-most slots first, utilizing outer slots as needed. Empty slots on outer portions of Birdie Bumpers will act as additional padding.

How Would You Recommend Extending the Shelf Life of Birdie Bumpers?

Birdie Bumpers are great in a wide range of temperatures, but certain environments can reduce shelf life. Polyurethane does not do well in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can result in discoloration, and even warping. Polyurethane is also flammable. When not in use, we'd recommend leaving Birdie Bumpers in your travel bag, your trunk, etc. out of direct sunlight.

What is Your Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?

We offer a full refund within 30 days for Birdie Bumpers that remain shrink wrapped in original, vacuum-sealed packaging. Due to shipping restrictions, we do not offer refunds for used Birdie Bumpers or Birdie Bumpers that have already been taken out of vacuum seal packaging.

Do You Offer Coverage for Broken Clubs While Using Birdie Bumpers?

Unfortunately, Birdie Bumpers is not responsible for clubs damaged or broken due to the number of potential threats presented to clubs while traveling (clubs being thrown/dropped/misused during transport). A baggage handler having a bad day can wreck any clubs, regardless of preventative packaging.
